Project ASSIST offers mental health outreach, early identification, assessment and brief treatment, typically in a participant’s home. The services are focused on children from birth to 18 years. Referrals typically come from Child Protection, Juvenile Justice/Detention and schools. The Southeast Asian Services staff provide Project ASSIST services as part of a collaborative effort lead by Ramsey County Human Services.
