Program:  Wilder Research
Responsibilities:  Support and train organizations and end-users participating in Minnesota’s Homeless Management Information System, an on-line database used by programs serving people experiencing homelessness throughout the state (www.hmismn.org).  The position includes providing helpline support, running pre-programmed reports, assisting with- and leading- training and user group sessions, and contributing to other aspects of the project as needed.
Qualifications:  Good understanding of computers and databases (programming skills not necessary), and strong communication skills – both oral/telephone and written/e-mail. Limited travel required using own car. Experience teaching/presenting to groups of people and knowledge of social services and homelessness helpful.  Bachelors degree required.
