Jessica specializes in evaluating programs that serve at-risk youth and their families. She also works with nonprofit organizations and human service agencies to help them develop their own evaluation capacity.
Before joining Wilder Research in 2007, Jessica worked for several consulting firms in Washington, D.C. As a government consultant, she provided training and technical assistance to numerous Federal grant programs and helped develop two "best practices" manuals in the field of juvenile justice.
Jessica has an M.A. from Princeton University and a B.A. from Williams College.
