James Collins is a research assistant working on a variety of projects and proposals.  His research interests center around issues related to rural poverty, barriers to social services, and aging. 

James holds Bachelors of Arts degrees in Mid East/African Studies and French from Texas State University-San Marcos and is a Master of Pulic Policy candidate at the University of Minnesota's Humphrey Institute of Public Affairs.
