Rasheeda assists with research design and the collection and analysis of data for reports. Her research interests include education, racial disparities, and international development. A Humphrey Fellow, Rasheeda is pursuing a master of Public Policy degree from the University of Minnesota-Twin Cities.  She holds a B.A. in sociology from the University of Michigan-Ann Arbor.

At Wilder Research, Rasheeda has worked on research for Healing Journey, Baby Steps Boutique, Twin Cities Compass, United Community Assessment of Needs, and the Indian Child Welfare Law Center Indian Child Custody project.
