Chris is committed to helping Wilder Research clients achieve their research and evaluation goals.  He joined Wilder Research in early 2007, bringing over 5 years of research and management experience.  Chris applies his skills with surveys, interviewing, statistical analysis, and geographic information systems (GIS) to promote a variety of endeavors, including kindergarten readiness, teacher professional development, human service delivery planning, and organizational effectiveness.

Chris earned his Bachelor of Arts in Sociology (Statistics minor) with honors from Maryville College and his Master of Public Policy (M.P.P) with concentrations in management and policy analysis from the University of Minnesota, where he is currently a Ph.D. student in educational psychology.  His professional memberships include the American Evaluation Association and the American Statistical Association.

  • Minnesota 3-D: Technology Opportunities Program (TOP) grant evaluation report, evaluating an interactive web-based GIS mapping application for the Center for Urban and Regional Affairs (CURA) at the University of Minnesota
  • Minnesota Early Childhood Initiative: Building nurturing communities of thriving children, identifying promising intervention strategies for the Minnesota Initiative Foundations
  • Resources for Child Caring: Goals, clients, and services following metropolitan-wide expansion, using RCC's client record systems and geographic mapping to assess RCC's service delivery to areas of greatest need
