Research Associate

Ela works on a broad range of survey research and evaluation projects, with a focus on producing results for organizations that are looking to improve their outcomes. She is experienced in designing and implementing a variety of tools to evaluate program efforts including: surveys, indicators, logic models, and focus groups.
Ela is a former researcher for the Twin Cities Compass Project and has worked in the field of housing and community development as a researcher, policy assistant, and community organizer. She has been a guest lecturer at Macalester College, College of St. Catherine, and Metro State University.
Prior to joining Wilder Research in 2007, she served as the Research and Evaluation Coordinator for HousingLink.
Ela holds a Master of Public Policy degree from the Humphrey Institute and a B.A. in Sociology and American Studies from the University of Minnesota.
