Ela serves as a research associate for Twin Cities Compass, a new initiative measuring progress to move our region forward.  She is experienced in designing and implementing a variety of tools to evaluate program efforts including: surveys, indicators, logic models, and focus groups.

Since 2000, Ela has worked in the field of housing and community development as a researcher, policy assistant, and community organizer.  Prior to joining Wilder Research, she served as the Research and Evaluation Coordinator for HousingLink.

Ela holds a Master of Public Policy degree from the Humphrey Institute and a B.A. in Sociology and American Studies from the University of Minnesota.
