The goal of the Shannon Leadership Institute is to ensure that there is a sustainable cadre of renewed, experienced, and effective leaders who are committed to service in the nonprofit sector.

Over the course of the year participants explore numerous topics to help them clarify:

• the purpose of their work;
• the core values they want their work and life to exemplify;
• the strategies they can use to become more effective, and;
• the changes needed to enhance focus, commitment, energy and satisfaction.
