Redeemers Arms

Redeemers Arms is a 150-unit independent living community providing safe, affordable, supportive-service-enriched housing for older adults and younger disabled people in Saint Paul.  Included in the building are efficiencies and one-bedroom units.  Each unit has a kitchen, bathroom, and living/sleeping area.

Redeemers Arms is located in the Summit-University area of Saint Paul, within walking distance to stores, grocery shopping, and transit. It's within easy distance of four colleges, the Minnesota Science Museum, the Cathedral, and the RiverCentre.

Services
Residents of Redeemers Arms have access to a variety of services. Service staff offer assistance to prevent evictions and to maintain housing stability.  There is a full-time service coordinator who can help residents develop a service plan to address areas of need the resident has identified. This may include referrals for help with county case management, mental health management, personal budgeting, life skill training, transportation, and food.  Other services include arranging for home health or personal care, meal delivery, assistance with medications, or other services that help maintain their quality of life.

Residents have access to a resource lab with computers that can be used to search for jobs, use the Internet, or learn basic computer skills.

The resident group, “the resident voice,” is very active in working with on-site staff to plan events, activities, speakers, and meeting groups.
