
Wilder's Foster Care is a specialized program for children (birth to 18 years of age) with emotional and/or behavioral difficulties. The Wilder Social Worker and Foster Parents develop a treatment plan and then work with the child, biological family and social services professionals to implement the plan. The program seeks to achieve the following goals for these children:
Wilder’s Foster Care homes are licensed by the Minnesota Department of Human Services and staffed by licensed Wilder social workers who work closely with the foster parents to develop individualized treatment plans, including a thorough assessment, individualized goal setting, service recommendations, and regular reviews to track progress and adjust goals.
