Project ASSIST offers mental health outreach, early identification, assessment and brief treatment, typically in the home. Child Protection, Juvenile Justice/Detention, schools and youth shelters often refer to Project ASSIST. Services are focused on children, from infants up to age 18.

Wilder Child Guidance Clinic and Southeast Asian staff provide Project ASSIST services as part of a collaborative effort led by Ramsey County Human Services.
