Wilder’s Family Service Provider (FSP) program is a home-based parenting program accessed by referral from Ramsey County Child Protection Services. The program works with families whose children (birth to age 18) are at high risk of abuse, neglect or out-of-home placement.

These families often face multiple challenges, which may include chronic poverty, frequent parent-child conflicts, child neglect and abuse, and instances where a child has been removed from the home. The primary goal of FSP is to improve parenting skills and family dynamics so that children are safe and well cared for and can stay in the home with their parent.
