Wilder’s In-Home Services program provides intensive, home-based mental health treatment and support for children ages 4 to 18 who have emotional problems and are at high risk for out-of-home placement. The primary goal of the program is to help children make positive adjustments that will increase their ability to succeed at home, at school and in their community.

To be eligible for services, a child must meet all of the following conditions:

• Is eligible for Medical Assistance (including most prepaid Medical Assistance plans).
• Has a mental health diagnosis. (If necessary, Wilder can provide this service.)
• Is having significant emotional and behavioral problems at home and/or school or community settings.
