Wilder Child Guidance Clinic’s In-Home Services program provides intensive, home-based mental health treatment and support to children (ages 4-18) with emotional problems who are at high risk for out-of-home placement. The primary treatment goal is to help children make positive adjustments to increase their ability to be successful in their homes, schools and communities.

Eligibility requirements must be met for children to qualify for In-Home Services:

• The child has a mental health diagnosis (Wilder can provide diagnostic services if needed)
• The child is having significant emotional and behavioral problems at home and/or school or community settings
• The child/family is eligible for Medical Assistance (including most pre-paid Medical Assistance plans)
