Caregiver responsibilities can come on suddenly following a health event in the life of a loved one or build up over time. Either way, caregiving is challenging and often stressful—even for the most devoted of caregivers. Fortunately there is help available.

Wilder Caregiver Services and Consulting helps families meet the demands of caring for an older adult by assessing needs, identifying options, designing a solution that works for your family, and helping to arrange for services. Our licensed social workers bring many years of experience in older adult services and will work with families to keep caregivers’ lives manageable while keeping their loved ones safe and healthy. Offered in partnership with Eldercare Partners, a collaboration of three metro area nonprofit organizations.

Who We Serve

Seniors and family members who are caring for a loved one who lives in St. Paul and the east metro and who is facing critical issues of aging, including housing decisions, financial and legal issues, dementia and memory loss, and community resource planning.

Fees

Caregiver consulting is a fee-based service. Several service packages are available; consulting is also available on an hourly basis.
