Adult Day Health Services

Adult Day Health programs improve the quality of life for individuals and their family members by providing a daily program of nutritional, health, social and recreational services during daytime hours. Within a safe, secure and stimulating environment, participants maintain their independence and dignity, and caregivers enjoy the peace of mind that comes from knowing their loved one is receiving the appropriate level of care. Adult Day Health services offer the most affordable way to provide ongoing care to the frail elderly and medically needy.

Wilder Adult Day Health Services Offer:

  • On-staff social work and nursing
  • Memory loss expertise and resources
  • Education and support for families and caregivers
  • Activities for overall health—body, mind and spirit
  • Engagement and friendship
  • Quarterly care conferences with family
  • Client independence
