Wilder Square, Inc. is a 163 unit cooperative family housing community for low to moderate income adults and families. It consists of 43 two-and-three bedroom townhouses, 62 two-bedroom apartments, 53 one-bedroom apartments, and five efficiency apartments.

Wilder Square, Inc., is located in the Thomas-Dale neighborhood of Saint Paul. This quiet 17-acre site near Como Park features easy access to transportation, shopping centers, area schools, and other community resources.

Membership
Wilder Square, Inc. residents are shareholders/members in the corporation that owns the housing development. Members participate in all decisions related to their homes and communities through representation on the board of directors, and by participating in the election of board members.

Resident/members also accrue limited equity in their homes or apartments and benefit from many of the same tax advantages as traditional home owners. Wilder Square, Inc. is a multicultural community made up of single adults and families.

Measuring success
Wilder Square, Inc. is evaluated using a customer satisfaction survey every three years by Wilder Research. The survey looks at how members perceive the quality of the housing environment, the staff, the quality of the services delivered, and the quality of the activities provided.
