Elders Lodge is an independent living community made up of 42 subsidized one-bedroom apartments located on Magnolia Avenue on Saint Paul’s East Side. Elders Lodge provides affordable, service-enriched housing for low-income adults age 62 and older and people with disabilities.

Services and features
A variety of services are available to residents of Elders Lodge. These include free laundry, resident-sponsored social activities, and access to a service coordinator.

For an additional fee, residents may also arrange home health or personal care, meal delivery, and other services. Elders Lodge is designed with many Native American themes.

Measuring success
Elders Lodge is evaluated by Wilder Research. The evaluation looks at how residents perceive the quality of the housing environment, the staff, the quality of the services delivered, and the quality of the activities provided.
