
Wilder Supportive Housing Management provides a full range of financial, leasing, administrative, physical property management and consulting services to developers and owners of affordable housing properties. We combine extensive property management expertise with a compassion and understanding for the challenges faced by many low-income residents, including the elderly, people with disabilities, single adults and families.
Wilder is available to provide comprehensive, on-site management of your affordable housing property. At all the housing we manage, our goal is to improve and maintain the physical and financial integrity of the property, and to provide residents with the support and services they need to maintain a stable living situation. We believe a supportive living environment helps the properties we manage become assets to their surrounding neighborhoods, as well as quality homes for the residents.
Experienced Wilder staff can assess your housing community, design a service package to meet the unique needs of your residents and implement effective services that will help residents maintain their housing and independence. This is available as a full package, in which Wilder provides or oversees the services, or as a fee-based consultation and training, in which Wilder recommends a service package for your property and assists you in finding local service providers to implement your program.
