Dawn provides finance leadership for Wilder Research, including contracts, billing, financial analysis, accounts payable, and budgeting. She also coordinates human resources services with the Wilder Foundation's human resources department.

Dawn has a B.S. in Accounting, with additional studies in Computer Science and Business Administration. She has been with the Wilder Foundation since 1995, and at Wilder Research since 1998.
