Employee benefits

The Wilder Foundation offers a variety of benefits for eligible employees and their families and/or registered domestic partners. Part-time non-temporary employees are eligible if they are scheduled to work at least 30 hours in a two-week pay period. We provide a generous package of benefits, including health and dental insurance, basic and supplemental life, AD&D, short and long term disability insurance, paid time off, and a pension plan. We also offer a 401(k) plan with an employer match to eligible employees. Other benefits include pre-tax medical and dependent care spending accounts.
